Mr. Michael J.Belsky’s practice areas are child support, custody, relocation, high conflict custody issues, grandparent rights, child support, enforcement and modification of support and custody, expungement hearings, child abuse and neglect issues, violation and contempt of support, custody and parenting time. Mr. Belsky was born in Troy, New York in 1958. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1996. His preparatory education was at Rochester Institute of Technology where he received his B.A. Mr. Belsky’s legal education was at the Western New England College School Of Law.
Of note, Mr. Belsky has 16 years of representing children as an attorney for the child in the Saratoga County Family and Supreme Court. For 14 years, he was assigned counsel from Saratoga County Public Defenders Office in Saratoga County Family Court.
